These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Dot.Dopemine and any connected Dot Ecosystem platform you sign in to through it. Dot.Dopemine is operated by BluePin Inc ("BluePin", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Dot.Dopemine, you agree to these Terms.
You need an account to use Dot.Dopemine. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account.
Your Dot Ecosystem account is also your identity on Dot.Dopemine. Signing in through a connected platform issues a short-lived, single-use token that confirms who you are, without you re-entering your password.
Dot.Dopemine provides engagement mechanics (streaks, recognition, progress surfaces) that other Dot Ecosystem platforms deploy. Every mechanic is reviewed against a published, prohibited-metric list and an ethics gate before it can be deployed — we don't build or knowingly permit manipulative or addictive patterns.
You agree not to:
We aim to keep Dot.Dopemine available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
Dot.Dopemine is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BluePin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Dot.Dopemine or a connected platform's use of its engagement mechanics.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to Dot.Dopemine, the Dot Ecosystem, or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to let you know before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@infodot.co.za, or via our Contact page. For anything about your personal information specifically, see our Privacy Policy.
